i also sound proofed the roof, and re coloured th eheadlining in the cab in the 'ol gal last weekend too :-)

not a bad job, and looks much much better!!

oh, and i got a manual boost controller fitted now, so running 16psi boost instead of the crappy 7psi standard, ha ha!! little rocket now (in van terms).

Soon to have a TDI 130bhp conversion - then it'll be a proper van :-)


HUGE intercooler now fitted :-)

if the 130 engine your planning on putting in your van is a PD engine(pump dues) you can bolt a pd150 Turbo with manifold straight on the block as there all the same block, just different ecu's and turbo's, but you'll need to remap it to get it running right and at its full potential. Jabba Sport in peterborough will point you in the right diresction for the whole turbo upgrade Very Happy

this is if your looking for 250+ bhp?
p.s you'll need to upgrade the clutch Rolling Eyes

nah mate, its the pre pd 90bhp one im fitting......but with intercooler upgrade, injector upgrade, and re map - should be getting on for 140hp :-)

u know alot about tuning diesels then? if so, where's the best place to getinjector nozzle's from??

here's another quick update :-)

engine is now rebuilt, and fitted - jsut woring, and plumbing to sort now - oh, and a straight thru exhaust :-)

here's a few more pics







oh......lol, and my cracked alloy - new ones on the way, ha ah!!! the new style wheels are sexy :-)

i ordered the chequers from JD signs in southery, they cut and made them an a backing to my size, and i just paid for them....then i laid them on my grille :-) took about 5mins
