well got up at 6 got to the garage finished up the g and took it for mot lovely drove to thetford to get tax but the post office was shut so downham here i come! now it turns shite! a couple miles from thetford bit of a bang somthing rattles under the car conks out. pulled over the whole back and underside of the car is caked in oil fresh fresh oil. got a lift home went and picked it up on the truck, get her home put it up on the ramp and geus what? im looking at no'1 conrod through the backside of my block!



anyone a spare 20v block, engine something?

Is a N/A 20v block the same. someone is selling a complete engine set up on fendubbers for £180

nope, think bottom ends are diff?? i'd imagine the castingis the same, however, i should think piston crowns, rods etc are diff??

i think SamVR6 might still have a 20v engine knocking about.

i was just gettin it goin first propa bit of clear road so maybe giving it a lil abuse lol

think a 20v n/a is different and i know my number 1 rod aint gna be alot of good. realy dont know what caused it shite engine (should have seen some of the bodges we removed) or bad mapping because we had some troubles with that before even got it started.

ill be happy if i can sort one by monday so ill be able to make inters!
