Fixing a cracked bumper

I have a couple of cracks in my bumper after running into some old lady (her car :S) about a year ago!!! Only now decided i should fix it!

Whats the best way to repair it? Im guessing it needs to be glued somehow from behind first then filled/smoothed/sprayed on the exterior.

Ive got the bumper filler, primer, paint and laquer already.

How do i glue it? What do i use/do?

Advice please
