I was thinking of taking a trip up to the loverly great yarmouth (yarco) on sunday if any body wants to meet up, should be there at about 8.00pm i would think. so if you fancy it..... let me know. I heard that Browny was rather pissed about me not putting a spotted up so here you go.

Saw a dark blue G40 coming off roundabout heading up the A10 maybe a month ago (on the way to collect G40 engine from Ryan). It was overtaking a red tractor! Was in a red escort van - R. J. Crane Hire Ltd. There you go Browny.

I've got an E plate 1.6d caddy project for sale.

It's tatty, but fairly solid. The interior is in bits and needs sorting.

The engine is half in boxes, but i've got a spare engine and a couple of gearboxes to go with it.

One door has a bit of rust starting but not too bad and the other is pretty good, good bonnet.

I'm open to offers on this.

Hi everyone and thanks for comin the the EC-DC Norwich meet. A very good turn out I think, i am pleased so many came out, and made the effort to polish the cars etc for the meet (Estimated about 30 cars at one time, more coming and going all the time). Made the organisation worthwhile. There will Definately be another meet, same place and time next month... The date to be confirmed !!

mk3 gti wont idle

i hav just got a mk3 gti 8v and it stalls every time you pull up to stop, it wont idle but it will idle wen sitting still but not brilliant, so every time you drive and put the clutch down to slow down it will stall, i have found that if i bung the breather hole which comes from the bottom end up( thats on the tube comin from the throttle body) it will not stall only every now and again but it wont idle perfectly but does the job

i have replaced both breather pipes comin from the bottom ...

alright people , well after about a year of wanting a vw i finally got one , final push was me using my mates daily for a while and fell in love , so then the hunt started , picked it up monday , heres a few pic's :

its a polo 1.4 16v DOHC , full vw s/h , loads of recipts , mods are :

lowered -50mm , single wiper kit , debadged grill , BMC induction kit , and thats about it i think ,

My dad said he has seen a place that says "we fit your parts" but cant remember where it was ...

well after wanting a vw for ages , id had enough of my fords , and was using a mates dub for a while , made me want one bad so ended up buying one , picked it up yesterday , here it is :

its the 1.4 16v DOHC model , full vw s/h , lowered -50mm , single wiper kit etc , few plans but we'll see

crystal lights all round, have some 50mm lowering springs and shocks to

fit and then hopefully some deep dish alloys (Y) oh and getting

her detailed and the paint work is really grimey after being stood for

8 years.

Just thought i'd see if anyone had heard of us on here?

I used to live in coventry, and a bunch of us just thought we'd get together and mess around with VW's and generally do stupid stuff. From that it evolved in to us going to shows and actually having a stand to show our cars, and generally get our name out there.

All our friends know who we are and what we are like, so now im back living in norfolk, i wondered if anyone round here knew about us, lol.

Hi peeps......Haz and I are going to start organising the next norwich meet soon. We are going to concentrate on norwich meets, and not bother with the downham one......we will jsut m,eet up whenever out this way.

We would...however like to make the norwich meet a regular meet, once a month, and have it as large as januarys meet was. We had well over 50 verhicles and lots of people there.

Anyone who turned up will say how impressive it was, and we hope to try an continue this.

Golf mk3 1.8 Driver MOT+TAX Bargain

Hi,

I am selling this as I have now got a mk2 so thats going to get the focus of my attention!!

It has got MOT and Tax for about 3 months, 155k but has NEVER broken down on me since I got it! It has been regularily maintained with oil changes and always looked after.

All new springs put in not long ago as well.

Good Points:

-Full closure remote central locking + alarm

-PAS

-Driver Interior (half gti interior front standard bucket seats)

-6x9's included (headunit a bit merked)

recently decided to part with my pitbike due to saving for a house lol. its a 125cc 4-stroke engine, which is actually really fast believe it or not.

only ever rode it bout 5times. great fun. also selling a purpose built trailer for it aswell. with ratchet straps to hold it on,

for sale is my mk2 polo, its a 1991 country model, done 90k miles roughly

i bought it a couple of months ago as a runaround while i started work on my jetta, and now its all finished i no longer need teh polo,

theres no tax but its mot'd till late august, and when i bought it there was around �500.00's worth of recepts with it for new parts including new fuel tank lowering springs and lots of other parts, it also has golf gti front seats with no damage to the bolsters,

After a successful rolling road day at Jabbasport near Peterborough in May last year organised by 'garfayliu' (many thanks) I've enquired about another one towards the end of July after Inters and GTI festival are out of the way. Last year a barbeque with refreshments was provided on the day, as well as a general discount of 5% on anything ordered, possibly more depending on item. ive finally got 2 mk1 shells kickin about without engines in them 1 being a gti an the other being a small engined mk1 this 1s the gti oviously

and then the smaller engined mk1

as u can see the mounts are the same but upside down but the gti 1 is also positioned nearer the turet. so if any 1 does hav to change or move there mount on there car they now can see wot they should hav an wot they need to do hope this is a help to some people
